Bako Sahakyan discusses implementation of various programs in Artsakh with American-Armenian philanthropist Vahan Shamlian

On 19 November President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met in Los Angeles with philanthropist Vahan Shamlian and his adviser Vahagn Bznouni.
According to the Central Information Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, issues related to implementation of different programs in Artsakh were discussed.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Executive Director of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Haykak Arshamyan and other officials partook at the meeting.
