YEREVAN, APRIL 21, NOYAN TAPAN. On April 21, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs Yuri Merzliakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France), Matthew Bryza (U.S.), and Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. According to the report of the RA Foreign Ministry Press and Information Department, possibilities of bringing closer sides' positions on the Nagorno Karabakh negotiations process proceeding on the basis of Madrid proposals were discussed during the meeting. The Co-chairs will also visit Baku and Stepanakert within the framework of the regional visit.
