YEREVAN, DECEMBER 25, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA Ombudsman Armen
Harutyunian sent a letter to his Georgian counterpart, in which
he expressed concern in connection with the statements that the
trial of members of United Javakhk organization Vahagn
Chakhalian, Gurgen Shirinian and their family members is being
held with violations of the law. In his letter to Sozar Subari,
A. Harutyunian reminded about mutual agreements and asked to
implement monitoring of the trial and find out whether the human
rights of Javakhk's Armenians are protected.
