SUBMIT BUSINESS PLANS

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 6, NOYAN TAPAN. At the November 6 sitting
of the Armenian government, the prime minister Tigran Sargsian
instructed all the departments to cooperate with the scientific
institutes and submit projects and business plans, in which the
private sector can also be involved. In the words of the prime
minister, their mission should be ensuring a link between
the private sector and science, making investments and providing
assistance for the rapid implementation of these programs.
The prime minister reminded that earlier the president
Serzh Sargsyan had commissioned the ministries to develop
investment programs which should become a component of the
concept on cooperation between the state and private sector.
