YEREVAN, JUNE 24, NOYAN TAPAN. A complaint about the June 4 decision of Yerevan Criminal Court was filed to the RA Criminal Appeal Court on June 24. By the June 4 court decision, Armen Grigorian, Yurik Ghazarian and Hovhannes Mnatsakanian had been found guilty under Article 225, part 2 of the RA Criminal Code (mass disorder) and under Article 176, part 2, points 1 and 3 (robbery) and sentenced to 3.5 years' imprisonment each. H. Mnatsakanian had received a suspended sentence with 3 years' probation. The appeal was filed regarding A. Grigorian and Y. Ghazarian. Accoridng to the indictment, on March 1, 2008 the above mentioned persons stole (in the presence of other people) clothes and shoes worth a total of 403 thousand drams from the Roberto shop, as well as the shop's video recording device worth 245 thousand drams.
