On June 19, 2026, representatives of the "Prosperous Armenia" party submitted an application to the Constitutional Court, contesting the decision made by the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia based on the results of the elections held on June 7, 2026.

"The Constitutional Court will decide on the admissibility of the application within two days after it is registered in a procedural session."

If the application is accepted for consideration, a reporting judge will be appointed to prepare the case for trial. The Constitutional Court is obliged to examine the case and make a decision no later than 15 days after the application is registered.

"You can follow the current information regarding the status of this application on the official website of the Constitutional Court and on the official page of the Constitutional Court on the Facebook social platform," the statement says.
