The professor of Yerevan State Engineering University Edvard Manukyan applied to the prosecution insisting to prosecute the first president of Armenia Levon Ter -Petrosyan. He published the text of his application and documents in the page named ”No to impunity” of Facebook social website. Edvard Manukyan blames the previous and present authorities of Armenia on robbing the country. “Why is Armenia in a bad state? The reason is that our country has been robbed and is being robbed. The only solution is to abolish the atmosphere of impunity which has lasted over 20years. It is important to punish both the previous and present authorities. Lets start from Levon”, thinks the scientist. During the conversation with ”Noyan Tapan“ reporter Edvard Manukyan informed that he together with his followers offered to punish all robbers, starting from Levon Ter-Petrosyan, all ministers and deputies, who had taken part or were responsible for this robbery”. He also said that on January15,2008 he and his followers applied to the prosecution claiming the documents to be looked through. In his opinion at least 22steps taken during the government of Levon Ter-Petrosyan, that were innumerated in the previous and present applications, should be criminally examined. “The investigation of his steps shows that they came from the interests of enemy countries and there is a doubt that he was the secret agent of enemies. In the application we ask the prosecution to examine the case and reject or confirm our suspicions,”said E.Manukyan. In his words, the procecution answered the first application according to which the case of Levon Ter Petrosyan can’t be examined as he was the candidate of Armenian president. “At that time I didn’t pay much attention to that but recently I have again applied to the prosecution and I am going to struggle till the end. All the facts and documents are published in the page of Facebook named “No to impunity” and those who are interested in it can freely read them”, said Manukyan.
