YEREVAN, JUNE 5, NOYAN TAPAN. Construction work of 71 bln 132.9 mln drams (over 230.7 mln USD) was done in Armenia in January-April 2008, including building and assembly work of 58 bln 9.3 mln drams. Consruction grew by 16.8%, building and assembly work by 17.6% in comparable prices as compared with January-April 2007. According to the RA National Statistical Service, 7.6% of construction was done at the expense of the state budget, 0.3% - with community resources, 1.8% - with World Bank resources, 5.2% - humanitarian aid, 56.2% - resources of private organizations, and 28.9% - with citizens' resources.
