YEREVAN, AUGUST 20, NOYAN TAPAN. The solemn opening ceremony of the fourth All Armenian Games took place in the Republican sports ground in Yerevan on August 18. 2700 sportsmen from 96 cities of 26 countries have arrived in Yerevan. Hrachya Petikian, the Champion of the Olympic Games of Barcelona, lit the torch of the fourth All Armenian Games. Robert Kocharian, the RA President, welcomed the participants. Then a sport-cultural program was introduced.
