YEREVAN, JUNE 21, NOYAN TAPAN. The Migration Agency of RA Ministry of Territorial Administration has lately finished registration of refugees implemented with the financing of UN Armenian Office. The registration results will be summed up in the coming days. As Noyan Tapan correspondent was informed by Ara Haroutiunian, Head of Agency's Department for Refugees, the last registration was implemented in 1997, according to which 311 thousand refugees were registered in Armenia. A. Haroutiunian also mentioned that more than 80 thousand refugees have been granted RA citizenship so far. He said that by adopting citizenship refugees are not deprived of a number of privileges, including those of getting an apartment.
