for the purchase of goods and services, which made up 55.1% of
current expenditures of the state budget. According to the RA

goods and services for the first half of 2007 was fulfilled by
55%. Expenditures on purchase of goods and services grew ny
15.4% or 8.3 bln drams on the same period of last year, which is
mainly due to an increase of expenditures on defence, education
and health care and on purchase of services.
In January-April 2007, 22.7 bln drams was allocated from
the state budget for financing the capital expenditures which
increased by 68.6% or more than 9.2 bln drams on the same period

expenditures on replenishment of the RA governmental reserve
fund, social insurance, education, the state reserve of material
resources and on road maintenance.
In the first four months of 2007, crediting from the state
budget amounted to 6.07 bln drams, 6.05 bln drams of which was

crediting made about 6 bln drams. Net crediting from the state
budget increased by 23.4% on the same months of last year - at
the expense of the interstate credit to the NKR in 2007.
