YEREVAN, MAY 11, NOYAN TAPAN. Attorney Hovik Arsenian, the defender of former RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexander Arzumanian who is accused of money laundering entered a protest on May 11 to the Appeal Court on Criminal Cases. As the defender mentioned in the interview to the Noyan Tapan correspondent, he mediates to reverse the decision of the Court of First Instance and liquidate the arrest chosen as a precautionary measure. To recap, the Court of First Instance of the Yerevan communities of Kentron and Nork Marash satisfied on the previous day the mediation of the National Security Service implementing the preliminary investigation on chossing two-month arrest as a precautionary measure towards A.
