On July 7, Armenian Ambassador to Brazil Ashot Yeghiazaryan met the Foreign Minister of Brazil Antonio Patriota. During the meeting the interlocutors discussed a number of issues on bilateral cooperation, approved the program of implementation of political consultations. Antonio Patriota pointed out Armenia's assistance of the Brazilian candidate at the election of the general director of the UN FAO Jose da Silva and asked to convey his gratitude to the leadership of Armenia and the Foreign Ministry. The minister hailed the high level of Armenian-Brazilian relations.
