YEREVAN, APRIL 23, NOYAN TAPAN. A memorandum will be singed on April 25 between the RA Central Electoral Committee and International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES). As CEC Chairman Garegin Azarian stated at the April 23 sitting, the IFES will show material-technical assistance to the CEC, particularly, will give 10 computers. Besides, the foundation will help holding professional education of about 18 thousand members of commissions of electoral districts and polling stations.
