On July 10, OSCE Parliamentary Assembly finished its work and adopted a final declaration where it called on to make more active efforts for the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as well as the conflicts in Moldova and Georgia. The Assembly also applied Belarusian authorities with the call to release more than 400 activists who had been arrested during the anti-governmental actions. “The arrested activists should be regarded as political prisoners," the Assembly's resolution reads. The Assembly also discussed the way the Belarusian authorities pursuit the social organizations. Let’s remind that Belarus has closed the OSCE office in Minsk and prohibited OSCE fact-finding mission to visit the country. OSCE Parliamentary Assembly started in Belgrade (Serbia) on July 6. 56 member countries too place in the activity of the Assembly.
