“Golden Apricot” film festival started in Yerevan and the opening ceremony was conducted by French director and actor Serzh Avedikyan. The Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said, “I believe in the future of the festival.” At the end of the ceremony the famous French actress Fanny Ardant was awarded with Parajanov prize. The famous Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami gave the prize to the French actress. Then A. Kiarostami’s “Certified copy” film was shown.
