Today the visit of the Russian Foreign Minister to the USA starts. As the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs, S. Lavrov told the Russian media that he would discuss with his American partner the issues of global and regional security. It is also envisaged that Lavrov will discuss with Clinton the regulation of Karabakh issue and will present the letter of the Russian President directed to the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents.
