YEREVAN, MARCH 20, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA National Assembly on March 20 passed in second reading and completely the government's bill on making an addition to the law on ambient air preservation. The purpose of the bill is to prevent spread of dust emissions outside a building site. The addition clarifies the obligations of construction organizations, as well as organizations doing work connected with dust emissions, particularly with respect to fencing a building site, storage of plaster, sand and cement, and transportation of construction garbage. Another provision forbids burning household and production garbage, remains of leaf-fall in natural environment, settlements and near them, in boiler-houses, stoves and other devices.
