The Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan denied that the Armenian side had any connection with the death of 13-year-old girl in Azerbaijan. As it is noted in the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sh. Kocharyan especially said, “The accusations directed to Armenia about the death of 13-years-old girl are so baseless and senseless that they do not even need a refusal.
It is obvious that the main goal of such empty accusations and hysteria is to further exacerbate the anti-Armenian and racist propaganda conducted in Azerbaijan on the top level and deepen the atmosphere of mistrust between the sides.
By such steps, the Azerbaijani leadership, unwilling to confess that the approach of “everything or nothing “adopted by it in the negotiations is unrealizable, tries to avoid the responsibility and fail the negotiations by horrible acts and sowing hatred against the neighboring people.
Let’s remind that Azerbaijani media tried to connect the death of a little girl living in Tovruz region on July 14 with the Armenians, saying that a toy loaded with an explosive device was thrown from the Armenian side into the river killed the girl.
OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair from France Bernard Fassier said, "The murder of the Azerbaijani child once again showed how useful it would be to create a mechanism to investigate the incidents.”
