YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 23, NOYAN TAPAN. In order to ensure the normal functioning of Prometey-Khimprom CJSC for the purpose of relaunching and developing the Vanadzor Chemical Complex, the Armenian government at the November 23 sitting approved the draft memorandum on mutual understanding to be signed between it and Zakneftegazstroy-Prometey OJSC. According to the RA Government Information and PR Department, the RA minister of energy was authorized to sign the memorandum on behalf of the Armenian government. It was proposed that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 52 of the RA Civil Code, Zakneftegazstroy-Prometey OJSC should transfer the property rights confirmed by 100% shares of Prometey-Khimprom CJSC to Armgazprom CJSC for trust management on the contractual basis.
