MOSCOW, OCTOBER 18, NOYAN TAPAN. World youth and juvenile championships of sambo wrestling were held in Moscow on October 12-16. 16 boys and girls sportsmen from Armenia were also among delegates from 32 countries arrived in the competition place. Lilit Poghosian (64 kg, Artashat) won the 3rd place in the youth struggle. Artavazd Minasian (48 kg, Gyumri) was the 2nd among juveniles, and Armen Sakanian (70 kg, Vanadzor) is the 3rd prize winner.
