YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 15, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. On the occasion of the Year of Armenia in Russia, the State Academic Chorus of Armenia conducted by Hovhannes Chekijian will perform a concert program in the newly built St All-Saviour church of Moscow on March 1. As the Noyan Tapan correspondent was informed from the Foreign Relations Department of the RA Culture and Youth Affairs Ministry, a week of Armenian jazz will be held in Moscow on March 12-26 on the occasion of the Year of Armenia in Moscow, during which the National Jazz-band of Armenia conducted by composer Armen Martirosian will perform. Pianist Svetlana Navasardian, violinist Nikolay Madoyan, duduk-players Jivan Gasparian and Gevorg Dabaghian will perform in different cities of the Russian Federation during the whole year.
