YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 15, NOYAN TAPAN. By RA President Robert Kocharian's November 15 decree, poet Vardan Hakobian was awarded the honorary title of the RA Honoured Cultural Figure for a considerable contribution in the affair of development of the Armenian literature.
