YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 30, NOYAN TAPAN. On September 30, the delegation headed by Leonid Gulyako, Belarusian Minister of Culture, which is in Armenia within the framework of holding of Days of Belarusian Culture, was received by RA NA Speaker Artur Baghdasarian. The interlocutors attached importance to extension of cultural contacts, exchange of cultural groups, organization of tours between the 2 countries. Leonid Gulyako mentioned that Armenian artists successfully participated in Vitebsk "Slavyanski Bazar" and Brest festivals and presented a high-class art. It was mentioned that Days of Armenian Culture will be organized in 2006 in Belarus. According to RA NA Public Relations Department, Artur Baghdasarian wished success to the Days of Belarusian Culture and expressed readiness to develop cultural contacts between the countries. The ambassadors of the 2 countries, Marina Dolgopolova and Suren Haroutiunian, were present at the meeting.
