YEREVAN, MAY 26, NOYAN TAPAN. An international competition of violinists after Aram Khachatrian will be held from May 30 through June 6 in Yerevan. The competition's organizers are RA Ministry of Culture and Youth Affairs, "Aram Khachatrian-competition" cultural foundation and Yerevan Komitas Conservatoire. According to the report submitted to Noyan Tapan from the competition's steering committee, the competition will be held under the patronage of RA First Lady Bella Kocharian.
