YEREVAN, August 25 (Noyan Tapan). Armenian sporstmen
continue to unsuccessfully perform in the 28th Athens summer
Olympic Games. Wrestlers of Graeco-Roman style stepped onto

kilograms), registering one victory each and having one defeat
each in their subgroups, dropped out of the further contention.
Armenian boxer Aleksan Nalbandian (48-kilogram weight
class) also dropped out of the contention. 33-year-old veteran
met with 23-year-old Jou Shiming (China) in 1/8 finals, who beat
him with a score of 20-12.
Weightlifter Ashot Danielian (super heavy weight) will
perform on August 25 late evening, and free-style wrestlers will
start the contention on August 27.
