PHOTOGRAPHIC MUSEUM AFTER ARA GULER TO OPEN IN YEREVAN

YEREVAN, August 18 (Noyan Tapan). Exhibition of more than
70 models of the buildings projected and built by 24 Armenian
architects from Armenia, Turkey, Iran, Canada and Lebanon was
organized in the National Museum-Institute of Architecture. The
exhibition was opened within the framework of the "One Nation,
One Culture" first Pan-Armenian cultural festival.
More than 60 works of Ara Guler, a well-known Polish
Armenian photographer, were also represented in the same
exhibition hall. The photoportraits of Vilyam Saroyan, Pablo
Picasso, Salvador Dali are distinguished among them. Ashot
Grigorian, the Director of the Museum-Institute, mentioned that
the photographs will become the first exhibits of the
photographic museum after Ara Guler that will open in
Yerevan.
