“People’s rights suffer from a secret dialogue”. Touching upon ANC-authority dialogue, the head of permanent committee of RA NA Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs, the member of the ARF party Hrayr Karapetyan expressed such opinion during the press conference on September 8. Noting that unlike ANC the ARF has a parliamentary chamber H. Karapetyan expressed hope that by means of the dialogue with authorities the ANC would also have a chamber.
