On 23 November President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received in Los Angeles a group of members of the US Armenian Veterans Association. Issues related to deepening ties between Artsakh and the Diaspora were discussed during the talks. Special attention was paid to the patriotic upbringing of the rising generation. The Head of the State considered important the role of the US Armenian Veterans Association in this process noting the necessity of deepening cooperation with the Artsakh Union of freedom fighters. Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, head of the central information department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President David Babayan, NKR permanent representative to USA and Canada Robert Avetisyan partook at the meeting.
