YEREVAN, June 3 (Noyan Tapan). A delegation headed by Alexander Karelin, a member of the State Duma of Russia, a wrestler of the Graeco-Roman Style, triple champion of the Olympic Games, arrived in Armenia with the purpose of participation in the international tournaments to be held in honor to Levon Julfalakian, champion of the Olympic Games. RA President Robert Kocharian received the delegation on June 2. According to the RA presidential press service, the exchange of opinions about the development and mass character of sport was held during the meeting. Touching upon the issue of the possibility of stirring up of mutual contacts in the sphere of sport, Robert Kocharian mentioned that favorable conditions, which will give an opportunity to restore the former sport traditions, are established for the holding of educational-sport camps in Armenia.
