On 9 December President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan chaired the meeting of the Security Council. Issues related to the process and results of the 2010 Telethon as well as programs to be realized were on the agenda of the meeting. The President introduced the process and results of the Telethon. Thereafter issues of the water supply were touched upon. The Head of the State requested the Cabinet of Ministers elaborate a comprehensive action plan in different settlements based on significance and priority, secure close cooperation between different structures and mass coverage of the activities to be carried out. Executive director of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund Ara Vardanyan, heads of the regional administrations and other officials were invited to the meeting.
