On September 8, in accordance with the earlier achieved agreement with the NKR authorities the OSCE mission conducted а regular monitoring of the line of contact of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani Armed Forces on Martakert-Tartar road. From the positions of the NKR Defense Army the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Antal Herdich (Hungary) and Hristo Hristov(Bulgaria). From the opposite side, the monitoring was held by Coordinator of the OSCE Office, Lieutenant-Colonel Imre Palatinus (Hungary) and Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Zhaslan Nurtazin(Kazakhstan) and William Pryor (Great Britain). The monitoring passed in accordance with the planned schedule. No violation of cease-fire regime was registered. As it was planned, during the monitoring the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs Robert Bradtke(USA), Bernard Fassier(France) and Igor Popov(Russia), as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE CiO, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk crossed the line of contact.
