On May 7 Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook at a solemn ceremony of handing over the flag to the NKR Rescue Service held at the Stepanakert Revival Square. The President noted the importance of the event considering it a unique precept that embodies both responsibility, sense of duty and great devotion to work. The Head of the State congratulated the staff of the Rescue Service, noted the importance of the structure for the republic, calling its functions wide and demanded for the country and whole nation. Speaker of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan and other officials were present at the ceremony, the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President informs.
