In the letter the following is stated, according to the press release by the Department of Information and Public Relations of the National Assembly: “On behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I convey my warm and sincere congratulations on your reelection in the high office of chairman of the National Assembly. I am certain that the warm relations between our parliaments will continue to develop with the spirit of cooperation and mutual understanding.”
