«Язь против еды» program crew of «Россия 2» TV visits Armenia

On September 4-11, 2013, the National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia will host the «Язь против еды» crew of the leading Russian TV «Россия 2» in Armenia.
The aim of the trip is to present Armenia’s national cuisine, the peculiarities of the national dishes and their preparation methods to a wide TV audience in Russia.
To get a better idea of the Armenia’s ethnography and history the journalists will have the opportunity to explore various tourist attractions in Armenia and get acquainted with various tourism products, the rich cultural heritage and spiritual values in particular.
As a result of the trip a 26-minute film featuring Armenia will be made to be aired on «Россия 2» TV channel.
This initiative is one of the NCFA’s programs on Armenia tourism promotion in the Russian target market in an effort to increase Armenia’s visibility as an attractive travel destination while stimulating inbound tourism flows from Russia.
