Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia received the EU Special Representative

On July 6, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, received Herbert Salber, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia.
The sides discussed the steps being undertaken towards the implementation of agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh issue reached at the Vienna and St. Petersburg Summits. The Foreign Minister of Armenia outlined the necessity of unconditional implementation of those arrangements for the advancement of the negotiation process.
EU Special Representative Salber mentioned, that the peaceful settlement of the issue has no alternative and reaffirmed the EU’s support to the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.
