On 9 August Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met with representatives of the public administration sphere and discussed issues related to the doctrine of the constitutional reforms.
The President highlighted such meetings noting that broad discussions gave opportunity to consider various opinions and ideas, which was demanded especially during the course of constitutional reforms.
NKR National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan and other officials partook at the meeting.
