On 27 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Hadrout region.
In the Hadrout town the President took part at the opening ceremony of the maternity unit of the regional medical center. Bako Sahakyan noted that modernization and expansion of the network of healthcare institutions in the regions had strategic significance, and works in the direction would be continuous in nature. Bako Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the Cairo National Prelacy of the Egypt Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church for bringing this project to life.
The Head of the State thereafter took part at the opening ceremony of the new livestock complex in the Mets Tagher village. Bako Sahakyan expressed gratitude to American philanthropist of Armenian origin Vardan Nazeryan for carrying out the project and stressed that such complexes conforming to the modern standards gave new impetus to the development of agriculture in the regions and the whole republic.
