New leadership appointments in Grant Thornton Armenia

Year 2020 starts for Grant Thornton Armenia with changes in the governance and organizational structure that will serve to bring the firm’s new strategy and bold vision to life. 
 


In January 2020 Grant Thornton Armenia* has formed a unified Board of Governors and
Gagik Gyulbudaghyan has been elected as the Chairman of the Board. Armen Hovhannisyan has been appointed as the CEO of “Grant Thornton” CJSC, Gurgen Hakobyan and Hakob Tadevosyan have been re-appointed as the CEOs of “Grant Thornton Consulting” CJSC and “Grant Thornton Legal & Tax” LLC respectively. 
 
Gagik Gyulbudaghyan has held different leadership positions with Grant Thornton’s Armenian member firm for over 20 years and is currently also member of Grant Thornton International’s Board of Governors.

Armen Hovhannisyan is one of the leading experts in the area of audit and accounting of financial organizations, who has led Grant Thornton Armenia’s respective department since 2001, serving also as the Chief Financial Officer of the firm.
