YEREVAN, OCTOBER 20, NOYAN TAPAN. With the aim of ensuring safe and uninterrupted work of the gas supply system along the gas-main pipeline in the winter, preventive and repair work is being done, due to which the natural gas supply of Armenia has been temporarily cut off since 1 am of October 19. The temporary cutoff of gas supply will not affect the provision of gas services to the populatoon as the needs of the domestic market will be met at expense of resources of the Abovian underground gas storage. According to information of the pipeline dispatch control department of ArmRusgazprom CJSC, the repair work will last 2-3 days.
