CENTER FOR STUDY OF RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE
ENVISAGED TO BE OPENED IN ARTSAKH

STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 17, NOYAN TAPAN. On October 17, NKR
President Bako Sahakian received Viktor Krivopuskov, the head of
Russian-Armenian Society of Friendship and Cooperation.
During the meeting, issues of developing and expanding
humanitarian and cultural ties with Nagorno Karabakh, opening of
a Center for Study of the Russian Language and Literature in
Artsakh, as well as the issue of establishing cooperation
between Russian and Nagorno Karabakh NGOs were discussed.
As Noyan Tapan was informed by General Department of
Information of NKR President's Administration, on the same day
B. Sahakian received Sos Sargsian, the Artistic Director of
Hamazgayin Theater, director Hovik Hakhverdian, Ruben Hovsepian,
the editor of the Nork magazine, and Hovik Minasian, the
Vice-President of Yerevan Theater and Cinema Institute.
During the meeting, a wide range of issues on expanding and
strengthening of many-sided ties between Armenia and Artsakh, as
well as issues on state, national problems and the development
of Armenian culture were discussed.
