YEREVAN, OCTOBER 7, NOYAN TAPAN. The discussions of the 2009 draft state budget of the RA will start at the National Assembly Standing Committees on October 24. According to information posted on the National Assembly's website, discussions (by sectors) will be held at joint sittings of the standing committees until October 31, inclusive. The committees, factions and deputies will have the opportunity to submit written proposals on the draft until November 6. It is envisaged putting the 2009 draft state budget on the agenda of the November 10-13 plenary session of the National Assembly.
