YEREVAN, JANUARY 11, NOYAN TAPAN. In January-September 2006, 90 thousand 213 transactions on real estate were conducted in the country, which is less by 2% on the same period of 2005. According to the RA National Statistical Service, sales made up 87.3%, donations - 11.9% and exchanges - 0.8% of the total number of 36 thousand 390 transactions on alienation of real estate in January-September 2006. 38.5% of real estate alienation transactions was conducted in Yerevan. Apartments of residential buildings made up 38.1% of alienated real estate. The number of real estate alienation transactions increased by 18.1% in January-September 2006 on the same months of the previous year.
