YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 13, NOYAN TAPAN. All films produced in Armenia will be made digital during the coming 3 years. Garegin Zakoyan, Deputy Director of Armenian National Cinematheque, reported this at the September 13 press conference. He mentioned that the films will be made digital mainly not for the purpose of keeping but use. After the end of the process both the original variants of the films and 3 copies from each digital variant will be kept at the cinematheque. Garegin Zakoyan said that 150 films produced by "Hayfilm" and kept in Moscow will be also made digital.
