YEREVAN, DECEMBER 24, NOYAN TAPAN. HayPost has recently signed a Collective Agreement with the Trade Union of the company, which tends to protect the interests of the collaborators. According to the information provided to Noyan Tapan by HayPost, the new management and human resource policy based on the principles concerning the protection of the interests of collaborators, their professional retraining and qualification, creation of favourable working atmosphere, increase in work efficiency, introduction of new technologies and rendering of high quality services, is stipulated in the agreement.
