On September 24 on the occassion of the 20th anniversary of Armenia's independence the head of the department of "Heritage" party Raffi Hovhannisyan, the member of the same party Armen Martirosyan and other representatives of the party were in Vanadzor. Raffi Hovahhisyan told the attendees that people should assume the responsibility to decide their own fate. Honvhannisyan encouraged the citizens to show participation in formation of the authority and demand from the elected authority to be accountable to people. At the meeting a lot of question were asked and RA NA deputies Armen Martirosyan and the responsible of "Heritage" party in Vanadzor Garnik Sahakyan also made clarifications.
