On 24 November President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring the honorary title of Honored Culture Worker of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic. 
According to the decree in connection with the 50th anniversary of founding “Knar” band of folk instruments and for contribution to the process of the establishment and recognition of the band the honorary title of Honored Culture Worker of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic was conferred to Artashes Yesayan, teacher of folk instruments at the Martouni Art School and Babken Mousaelyan, former headmaster of the Martouni Culture Palace.
