YEREVAN, OCTOBER 2, NOYAN TAPAN. The organization of cultural events is one of the productive means for presenting Armenia abroad. This statement was made by Ashot Hovakimian, the RA Ambassador to Austria (as well as to Hungary, Czechia, and Slovakia), at the press conference held on October 2, who added that the developments of the foreign policy of Armenia are also conditioned by the presentation of culture. The Ambassador mentioned at the same time that irrespective of the fact that the embassies of the Republic of Armenia organize measures and festivals dedicated to the Armenian culture, serious financial allocations are necessary to present Armenia abroad in a decent way. Sergey Manasarian, the RA Ambassador to Bulgary, stated that an exhibition of modern Armenian art will open in the central picture gallery of Sofia in December on the initiative of the embassy.
